Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from retailers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Assisting clients in navigating our company website, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience
  • Inputting purchase orders into our system, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Accepting payment over the phone, processing refunds, exchanges, and other requests
  • Resolving issues related to tracking shipments, order delays, and receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
