Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Remote Agents. As a Remote Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Utilize knowledge and skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, adhering to blithequark's service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment; entry-level candidates with a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications; experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, chat platforms)
  • Experience with data entry and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
