Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Remote Agents. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment; entry-level candidates with a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications; experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required
