Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions, even in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a smartphone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear, concise responses
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Strong knowledge of social media and online communication channels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
