Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns via phone, chat, and email. You will also assist customers with navigating our website and mobile app, handle returns, refunds, and other customer service requests efficiently and professionally, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide world-class customer service by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns via phone, chat, and email. - Assist customers with navigating blithequark's website and mobile app. - Handle returns, refunds, and other customer service requests efficiently and professionally. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and promotions. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. - Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Restrictions:

- Must be at least 18 years old. - Must reside in a location where blithequark is hiring for remote positions. - Must be able to pass a background check.
