About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time position, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, and can be performed remotely or in-office if located in a desired area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain and update a customer "Sales lead" database to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of customer interactions
  • Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction, escalating issues as necessary
  • Develop a strong knowledge of blithequark's products, processes, and services to provide informed and effective support
  • Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
  • Perform all duties assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service and in-person presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Creative, patient, and compassionate approach to achieving customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mac
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Pest control customer service experience preferred, but not essential
