What You'll Do as a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst

  • Respond to calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and network issues.
  • Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Resolve what you can, escalate what you can't—fast!
  • ✅ Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep learning through training and certifications.
  • Participate in special projects that keep things exciting.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One year of professional experience (customer service or technical support preferred)
