Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance
- Participate in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and store security
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
