We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through phone calls, online chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, from initial contact to loan servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan
  • Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve common customer concerns
  • Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction and service standards are met
  • Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required (some college coursework a plus) followed by preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and communicating through chat
  • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, some nights, weekends, and holidays; Honest with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and always punctual
