Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Phone Support for Top-Tier Clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients across the globe. You will work from home, enjoying flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with top-tier clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients across the globe via phone

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on client products and services
  • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure excellent call quality

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (professional proficiency)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset and a quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous phone experience in a customer support role

  • Experience working with top-tier clients or in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
