Key Responsibilities

• * Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats in real-time, ensuring immediate containment and resolution of incidents.
• * Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk management to identify potential threats and weaknesses within systems and networks.
• * Implement and maintain effective cybersecurity protocols, policies, and procedures across various digital platforms.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cybersecurity strategies.
• * Provide detailed reports on security incidents, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• * Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity, ensuring the organization remains ahead of emerging threats.
• * Perform regular audits and penetration testing to ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry regulations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• * Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field (preferably 2+ years).
• * Strong understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
• * Knowledge of common operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
• * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or CIS.
• * Experience with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, antivirus software, etc.).
• * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• * Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, risk analysis, and security monitoring.
• * Experience with common cybersecurity tools, including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• * A proven track record of managing and responding to security breaches and threats.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time remote role with flexible working hours, typically between 9 AM 6 PM (local time zone).
• * Some occasional on-call availability may be required for urgent security issues.

• * In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and technologies.
• * Strong understanding of system security, firewalls, VPNs, and encryption methods.
• * Ability to perform risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

• * High level of attention to detail, precision, and a methodical approach to security concerns.
