About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative 2 to join our team in a fully remote work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and evaluating driving exams, assisting customers with titles and registrations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer skills tests and evaluate driving skills in a calm and patient manner.
  • Assist customers with vehicle/watercraft titles and registration needs, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain compliance with all laws of the State of Indiana relative to the operations, licensure, and registration of personal motor vehicles.
  • Attend training classes and/or take certification tests as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Maintain the privacy of customer and all related records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Substitute for Customer Service Representatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

What You'll Need for Success

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for at least the preceding 12-month period.
  • Free from at-fault motor vehicle accidents that have resulted in death or serious bodily injury.
  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time to branch locations, training, or branch-related community activities.
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to relate tactfully, but decisively, to all types of people and situations, requiring a calm disposition, alertness, quick reflexes, and patience.
  • Must be familiar with the operations of all types of motor vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of Indiana driving laws.
  • Top-notch communication skills, with the ability to process cash and card transactions.
  • A high level of critical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
