Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that our pharmacy operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medication lists, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that our pharmacy operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business).
  • PTCB or ExCPT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer experience.
  • Lean towards a half year of experience in a retail climate.
  • Really like to have earlier work insight with Walgreens.
  • Favor great number-related abilities.
  • Incline toward great PC abilities.
  • Incline toward the information on store stock control.
  • Lean toward PTCB or ExCPT accreditation.
