Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, with part-time schedules available (less than 4 hours per day).

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information about blithequark's products and services
  • Process bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service software
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
