Key Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Support & Sales Assistance

  • Manage multiple chat windows efficiently to provide timely and effective support to clients and customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through Skype conversations, addressing support questions, and providing sales information.
  • Respond to incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts.
  • Handle sales inquiries from potential new customers, providing them with relevant information and assistance.
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your support and sales interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and customers.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • A minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
