About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our Customer Service Representatives in delivering the highest level of customer service excellence to every customer. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional leadership and support to the Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Oversee employee training, order management, conflict resolution, performance metric analysis, and employee reviews to drive team growth and productivity.
  • Maintain an environment of professionalism and positive team dynamics while supporting the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to monitor customer feedback, maintain compliance with company policies, and actively contribute to blithequark's betterment culture.
  • Handle administrative duties, including attendance and other related tasks, to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to develop new skills and reach their full potential.

Essential Qualifications

  • Commitment to fostering betterment to help the team reach their assigned goals, projects, and tasks.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience is required, with supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work well within a teamwork-based environment and drive team growth and productivity.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and other software applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of driving team growth and productivity.
  • Experience working in a digital print or related industry, with knowledge of print production and order management processes.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly wage range of $21.00 - $23.50, depending on experience.
