Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Remote Chat Support Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our remote support team, you will handle live chat interactions with clients, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our diverse services, including Local SEO, public relations, and online reputation management. Your primary objective will be to help clients fully understand and effectively utilize our services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quick and Professional Client Engagement: Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and attention. Prioritize response times to deliver a smooth client experience, adapting to fluctuating volumes and maintaining composure during busy periods.
  • Clear Communication of Services: Provide clear and concise explanations of Warrior PR's offerings, guiding clients through our solutions and helping them make informed decisions on the best services to meet their goals.
  • Resolving Issues Efficiently: Leverage your problem-solving skills to address client challenges swiftly and effectively, collaborating with other team members when necessary to ensure that all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Enhancing Client Satisfaction: Foster positive client relationships through empathetic and patient approaches, actively listening to client feedback, addressing concerns thoughtfully, and striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
  • Comprehensive Interaction Documentation: Log details of each chat session, including client questions, issues encountered, and the solutions provided, to support continuity of service and effective follow-up.
  • Identifying Opportunities for Additional Support: Recognize chances to upsell or cross-sell services that align with client needs, suggesting relevant solutions to enhance the value we provide and support our clients in achieving their broader objectives.
  • Keeping Current with Company Offerings: Participate in training sessions and regularly review service updates to ensure your knowledge remains relevant and comprehensive, enabling you to provide the most accurate and helpful information to our clients.

We prefer candidates with a background in customer service or chat support, especially those familiar with PR, marketing, or related fields. Proficiency with CRM platforms, chat tools, and basic problem-solving techniques is highly advantageous.
