Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior moderation or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review user-generated content including product reviews, photos, and Q&As

• Apply Wayfair’s content guidelines and policies to approve or remove submissions

• Escalate complex cases or trends to the trust and safety team

• Help identify process improvement opportunities

• Maintain accurate documentation of moderation decisions

• Ensure a high level of content integrity and platform safety
