We are seeking an experienced and passionate customer service representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle a high volume of calls and interactions, meeting our elite execution bar and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Listen effectively and show compassion to clients, understanding their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • De-escalate client concerns and resolve issues in a first-contact resolution approach, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Be educated and perform various tasks, utilizing multiple software applications, tabs, and devices to quickly and accurately answer client questions.
  • Raise fundamental issues and provide feedback to improve our services and products, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and home goods/furniture industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
