Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work from home, handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Your goal will be to provide solutions to customer problems, build relationships, and ensure that every interaction with Wayfair is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer issues and answering questions
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, typically 50-60 per shift
• Work in a fast-paced environment, often handling back-to-back calls
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
• Build relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
• Navigate various software systems, tabs, and tools to quickly and effectively answer customer questions
• Escalate complex issues to ensure prompt resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for process enhancements

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a home-based setting
• Proficient in Windows operating systems or equivalent
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment, with minimal interruptions
• Pass a background check and new hire assessment
