Job Title: SyteLine Developer

Role Summary:

Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a talented SyteLine Developer to design, code, and deliver enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions within the Infor SyteLine/CSI ERP environment. This permanent/fixed-term role is key to driving system performance, building automation, and ensuring ERP functionality aligns seamlessly with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Development

  • Design, code, and deploy IDOs, forms, stored procedures, and extensions within the SyteLine/CSI framework.

  • Develop and maintain Mongoose-based applications and custom logic.

• Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Build SSRS reports, Crystal Reports, and Power BI dashboards for operational and financial analysis.

  • Automate recurring reporting processes and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• Integration & Interfaces

  • Develop and support integrations with third-party systems (EDI, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, etc.) using APIs, SQL, and middleware.

  • Ensure seamless data flow across business applications.

• Testing & Support

  • Perform unit, system, and UAT testing for all customizations and enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, providing Tier-2/3 technical support to business users.

• Documentation & Upgrades

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation of code, modifications, and deployments.

  • Support system upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations with CSI v10+.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of development experience within Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial.

• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, views, database design).

• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET (C#, VB.NET) and Visual Studio.

• Solid understanding of SyteLine data structure, business logic, and Mongoose framework.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and within a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience with IDOs, Form Scripting, and Event Handlers in SyteLine.

• Knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, and Business Intelligence Development Studio.

• Familiarity with DevExpress controls, EDI integrations, and API development.

• Exposure to web/mobile application development connected to SyteLine.

• Prior involvement in multi-site or global ERP rollouts.
